7-day refund
If a guide is not what you expected, write to us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. There is nothing to return: the file is yours to keep.
How to request a refund
Email support@korebrain.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number (it is in your receipt). Tell us in one line what did not work for you — it helps us fix the guide for the next reader.
How long it takes
We process refunds within 2 business days of receiving your request. Your bank or card issuer then takes between 5 and 10 business days to show the money back on your statement. The refund always goes back to the card used for the purchase.
Problems receiving your download
If your download link did not arrive or does not work, please write to us before asking for a refund. We will send the file directly, usually within a few hours. Most delivery problems are a spam filter, not a broken link.
Repeated requests
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same guide from one customer.
