KoreBrain (“we”, “us”) sells short digital guides. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email address and country, plus the products you bought and the date of purchase.
- Payment information: your card details are entered on a form hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage information: anonymous statistics about pages visited, collected to understand which content brings people here.
Why we collect it
To deliver the product you paid for, to send you the download link and the receipt, to answer support requests, to process refunds, and to keep records required for accounting.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with the services that make the store work: Stripe for payment processing, our hosting provider for running the site, and our email provider for sending your download link and receipt.
Cookies
The store uses cookies that are necessary for the shopping cart and checkout to work. If analytics or advertising cookies are used, they are listed here and you can decline them.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@korebrain.com and we will reply within 5 business days.
Children
Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
